Associate Director, Finance Transformation

Global Finance Group is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our New York office.

Fitch Finance is on a transformative journey, migrating from its legacy SAP system to Oracle Cloud technology, whilst at the same time modernizing policies, processes, and data structures across all regions. This role reports to the Director of Finance Transformation within the Controllership Function.

We'll Count on You To:


  • Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot to build models and optimize data management and analysis.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Solve complex business problems by conducting comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making and advance process automation initiatives.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving reporting accuracy and streamlining financial operations by collaborating with Finance and IT.

What You Need to Have:


  • Knowledge and background on reporting side of Oracle ERP and EPM applications.
  • Advanced Excel skills including Dynamic Arrays, Power Query (M language) and Power Pivot.
  • Proficiency and experience with Power BI preferred, including DAX expressions.
  • Proven experience working in a business environment, Finance preferred, with a strong track record of solving problems.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $100,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
