Job Description:


Mandatory


Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or relevant work experience in financial/quantitative analysis.


Strong SQL experience is required.



Desired


Excellent analytical, financial modeling, FP&A and/or project management experience with demonstrated process improvement

Support LCS critical Ads Finance operations such as reporting, forecasting, target setting, analysis, and budget management.

Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate with a senior management team

Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment

Strong spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial dashboards or models.

Act as a liaison to connect central Finance teams and the local teams.
