Our client is currently seeking a PROCUREMENT SYSTEMS MANAGER in AZ.

Can also be located in UTAH.


A Procurement Systems Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the procurement processes and ensuring the efficient acquisition of materials and services.

Responsibilities:

Developing Procurement Strategies: Create and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for materials and services. Monitor market trends and analyze price structures to ensure competitive pricing.

Inventory and Budget Management: Coordinate with inventory control to manage inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels. Prepare cost estimates and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Develop risk management procedures to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions. Team Leadership: Supervise and train procurement staff, delegating tasks as necessary. Foster a collaborative environment to improve procurement processes and systems.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

Experience: Minimum of person who actually managed procurement systems.

6+ years Experience in Procurement Systems Management, Source to Pay Process Design, and system implementation required
