Description: Our client is currently seeking a Learning Content Developer
Job Title: Learning Content Developer
12+ months contract
Duties:
Collaboratively maintain core training programs and their associated materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency in training classrooms worldwide.
Work closely with a team of Learning Content Designers to develop and implement engaging and effective learning assets and programs.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed.
Manage and prioritize training program updates and requests from internal and partner training staff.
Adhere to the established schedule for training program updates, including tracking and communicating changes.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager, Global Learning Experience, and Learning Experience Enablement Lead.
Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience developing learning content using various tools for different environments (eLearning with moderate to full interactivity, instructor-led learning, virtual instructor-led learning, etc.).
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing learning development projects.
Proven ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
Self-starter with exceptional time management skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve unforeseen problems.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on accuracy and adaptability to different styles and tones.
Native or full professional fluency in English.
Preferred additional fluency in one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish.
Strong aesthetic, design composition, and typographic abilities.
Intermediate proficiency with current versions of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Articulate Rise 360, and Storyline 360.
Proficient in both Mac and Windows environments.
Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Docs) in a collaborative environment.
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in additional technologies.
Collaborative and learning-oriented personality, able to accept direct instruction and constructive criticism.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work effectively with teammates in different time zones and cultures.
Ability to be productive while working remotely (working from home).
Willingness to travel (up to 15%).
Open to candidates in the US and Canada.
