The Human Resources (HR) Release Train Engineer (RTE) plays a pivotal role in facilitating Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution, escalating impediments, managing risk, ensuring value delivery, and driving relentless improvement. You will also help the ART in tuning and adapting the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the organization’s needs.
In this role, you will report to the Assistant Vice President of the Human Resources department.

Pay Range: The starting pay range for this position is $99,600 to 169,600 for the job level(s) required for this position. Final offers are determined by factors including the candidate’s qualifications, internal alignment considerations, district assignment, and geographic location.
