Position Overview
CCRT is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth across our aerospace and defense portfolio, including software solutions, hardware products, and maintenance services. This role manages multiple sales channels, including direct sales to intracompany divisions, channel partners, and eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
Develop and execute strategic inside sales territory plans aligned with company objectives
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and forecast updates
Implement structured account planning for key customers
Monitor competitive activities and market trends within assigned territory
Provide regular market intelligence feedback to product management teams
Sales Process Excellence
Follow established sales methodology and process steps
Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed opportunity records
Utilize sales enablement tools and resources effectively
Participate in regular sales training and skill development programs
Share best practices and success stories with the sales team
Maintain high-quality standards in all customer communications
Implement value-based selling techniques
Intracompany Sales
Collaborate with other division sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate with product management to align solutions across divisions
Facilitate internal partnerships to maximize company-wide revenue potential
Track and report on intracompany sales metrics
Participate in cross-divisional sales initiatives and programs
Maintenance & Renewal Contracts
Manage existing maintenance contract portfolio
Proactively track and pursue renewal opportunities
Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Develop strategies to maximize contract retention rates
Coordinate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Implement early warning systems for at-risk maintenance contracts and work with assigned sales representative
Work with marketing to create and execute contract renewal campaigns
Channel Partner Support
Support channel partners in their sales efforts through product training and sales enablement
Collaborate on joint sales opportunities
Provide technical and commercial guidance to partners
Track partner sales performance and maintain partner relationships
Assist in partner program development and execution
Help partners develop territory-specific business plans
Facilitate partner certification and training programs
eCommerce Management
Oversee company's eCommerce sales platform
Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date
Monitor and optimize online sales performance
Implement promotional strategies to drive online sales
Analyze eCommerce metrics and recommend improvements
Manage digital marketing campaigns for online sales
Optimize customer journey and conversion rates
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with all customer stakeholders
Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
Proactively address customer concerns and escalations
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (e.g., NPS)
Gather and document customer feedback and testimonials
Identify and cultivate customer references
Analytics and Reporting
Prepare and in the weekly sales activity reports
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Generate customer insights through data analysis
Monitor and report on territory performance metrics
Create and present quarterly business reviews
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field
3-5+ years of inside sales experience in aerospace, defense, or related technical industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience with both software and hardware sales
Strong understanding of maintenance and support contract sales
Proficiency with CRM systems and eCommerce platforms (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to understand and communicate technical product details
Demonstrated experience with solution selling methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with channel partner management
Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry regulations and compliance requirements
Background in technical sales or engineering
Experience with virtual sales techniques and tools
