Position Purpose The Project Service Lead serves as a pivotal resource in supporting field technicians and clients in the HVAC industry. This role combines technical expertise, coordination, and customer service to ensure the seamless execution of maintenance and repair services.   • Collaborate with field technicians to identify faulty components in HVAC systems.
  • Research and recommend OEM or compatible parts for repairs.
  • Provide guidance and technical expertise to field technicians as requested.
  • Review preventative maintenance reports to identify repair or improvement opportunities.
  • Create, submit, and track all service estimates to direct owners and facility management groups.
  • Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, and parts, for HVAC repairs and maintenance services.
  • Communicate repair and maintenance options to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on the status of service estimates and ongoing work.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective problem resolution.
  • Partner with the service team to prioritize and schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Track and manage service requests to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all service estimates and related documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2 year Technical degree and 4 years of related HVAC work experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and repair procedures.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for estimation, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technicians, and management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
  • This work may involve standing for extended periods, climbing ladders or scaffolds, and working in tight spaces.
  • This position may require lifting to 50 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
  • This position may require climbing ladders and the ability to function at heights.
