Your Role
The Quality Control Supervisor for Sample Logistics will be responsible for:
Supervising the QC Sample Logistics team, coordinating sample logistics activities to distribute materials and documentation promptly and accurately to the analytical laboratories.
Promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous process improvement.
Establishing objectives and develop personnel to ensure operations are in compliance with
Quality Systems guidelines and customer requirements.
Managing department process workflows to meet business needs.
Selecting, training, developing, motivating, and evaluating employees.
Leading and participating in process improvement efforts.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or other Life Science discipline
1+ years of lab experience in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science or Chemical industry
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior leadership training
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Management skills - planning, organizing, delegating and decision making
Demonstrated role model behavior and motivational skills
Conflict resolution and teaching skills
Regulatory skills - excellent documentation, attention to detail, communication, and interpretation
Proficiency with SAP
Database and data analytics skills
Technical knowledge in chemistry, biochemistry or life sciences with emphasis on analytical methodology
Knowledge of chemical hazards and safety policies
Knowledge of Process Improvement methods and techniques
