Job Summary:
The Parts Washer will operate equipment to clean and prepare parts, ensuring they meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned parts washing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure all cleaned parts meet quality control standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments to washing equipment as needed.
• Use basic measuring instruments to verify cleanliness and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints (if applicable).
• Accurately complete all required documentation.
• Maintain work areas in alignment with 5S standards (cleanliness and organization).
• Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Education:

• 3 to 12 months of experience in a similar role or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under general supervision, handling moderately complex issues while referring more complex problems to higher-level staff.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment operation and troubleshooting.

Competencies/Skills:

• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Shift: 4am-2:30pm MONDAY-THURSDAY
