The Opportunity
As a Plant Supervisor with Tradebe, you will supervise all of the day-to-day operations on your shift including production, personnel, and processes.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Uphold Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance by ensuring all operations adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, while fostering a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.
• Serve as a working supervisor, overseeing the performance and activities of crew on shift.
• Properly manager incoming and outgoing materials.
• Ensure smooth operations within the facility.
• Operate various types of equipment including.
• Oversee all individuals at the plant.
• Ensure all training is completed and documented as required.
• Assist in the development of employees and facility training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or related science, or the equivalent in work experience
• Five years of environmental experience are required.
• Seven to ten years of management experience in a plant environment
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, and OSHA regulations are required.
• Experience with SAP is desirable.
• Successful completion of HAZWOPER training
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
• Ability to obtain a physician certification to wear a respirator.
• Wastewater Treatment license or acquire within one year of employment.
