The Opportunity
"FICO's Professional Services Division provides client services to manage the execution and delivery of FICO solutions. Our mission is to provide value to our clients by delivering solutions and services enabling, creating, building and strengthening their customer relationships. We help our clients improve customer loyalty, market share, and manage fraud risk in a dynamic changing marketplace by leveraging FICO world-class analytics, scores, tools and innovative applications. This position reports up to the Director of Delivery Management. A qualified candidate will lead and mange relationships with various Banking and Insurance clients in the FICO Customer Communication Services (CCS) Practice." - Senior Director, Project Management
What You'll Contribute
Lead multiple software development projects from contract approval to final product delivery.
Manage project schedule, budget and change orders. Reconcile forecast to budget.
Lead cross-functional project teams by prioritizing and coordinating all aspects of project execution.
Measure Project performance and publish weekly status reports.
Perform Risk Management.
Create presentations and deliver to clients (in financial services industry) and internal management.
Work multiple projects simultaneously as assigned.
Monitor execution and provide executive updates to Client and FICO's management team.
Manage customer relationship with senior members of the client technology and business teams.
Work to leverage existing FICO assets to meet client requirements. Demonstrate the wider value that FICO provides to the clients.
Facilitate discussion to gather client's requirements and initiate and track the change request / change order process.
What We're Seeking
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent experience.
Well versed in delivering large and complex software solutions.
Strong client management experience with professional services/management consulting experience.
Strong background in Project/Program management within the financial services/banking industry.
Understanding of software development methodology.
Experience leading Agile and SaaS project implementations.
Self-starter with high sense of urgency for growing the business.
PMP Certification.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $112,000 to $176,000 with this range reflecting diffrences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
