The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst is committed to providing the highest quality of service to the communities, customers, and employees we serve by analyzing the past and present financial data of the organization and estimate future revenues and expenditures. The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst gathers data to understand the trends affecting a specific type of product, geographical region, or industry to help their internal or external customers to make important financial decisions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and provide forecasting and budget support
Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), etc.
Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals both from customers and vendors.
Oversee financial processes, such as assessing, planning, budgeting, consolidation, cost control and project control
Evaluate and analyze capital expenditures, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.
Study a company’s financial data to give advice for guiding business investments and overall financial strategy.
Implement and manage FP&A best practices including KPI tracking, financial reporting, variance analysis, and project reporting
Performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
At a minimum, the FP&A Senior Analyst must have:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in the field or in a related field
Familiarity with financial programs and software
Basic understanding of principles of finance & accounting
