An accomplished commercial general contractor in Florida is looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join their team in Orlando. 8-10 years of estimating experience for commercial G.C. companies is required, and reconstruction management experience is strongly preferred. Experience on ground-up projects valuing $40 million or more is also required.
