Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in Life Science or Healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Oversee all on-site construction activities for Life Science and Healthcare projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, specifically in Life Science or Healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in construction management software.
