Technical Recruiter

Our team is driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter with specialized experience in recruiting for the intelligence community to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technical talent for our company. You will leverage your deep understanding of the intelligence landscape to address our clients' complex staffing needs, ensuring that we build and maintain a high-caliber team capable of delivering top-notch solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process for highly specialized and technical positions.
  • Develop and execute an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline.
  • Utilize online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the best candidates.
  • Host and attend recruiting events to attract talent and help market the company to prospective candidates.
  • Dive deep into strategies that are working (or not) to provide knowledge and lift to the recruiting teams.
  • Possess strong candidate and client management skills, with a proven ability to influence.
  • Independently manage communication and scheduled follow-ups with candidates to ensure they are receiving timely updates on the status of their submission.
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees to attract and recruit the top talent.
  • Lead the vetting process for technical positions, including detailed reviews of technical skills and competencies.
  • Source resumes and conducting initial screening process with potential candidates.
  • Schedule, conduct, and attend virtual or on-site meetings with candidates and clients.
  • Coordinate with other teams to include HR, Security, and outside organizations to move candidate through the hiring pipeline.
  • Complete resume templates and other templates required for candidate submission packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including security clearance processes and other intelligence community standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years Experience recruiting for government contracts supporting the intelligence community.
  • Understanding of compliance issues affecting government contracting recruiting.
  • Deep understanding of the intelligence community, including key players, agencies, and current trends. Familiarity with security clearance processes and requirements.
  • Strong grasp of technical skills and roles relevant to the intelligence sector, including but not limited to cybersecurity, data analysis, software development, and systems engineering.
  • Exceptional sourcing and interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor less experienced team members.
  • Excellent public speaking skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members both in-office settings and virtually through Teams and Outlook.
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively in remote and hybrid settings.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong organization skills.

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 w/quarterly bonus eligibility
