What you will do to contribute to the company's success
Identify and prioritize HSD growth opportunities across multiple acquisition channels.
Manage connect performance across acquisition channels including affiliate partnerships.
Analyze and interpret KPIs to assess acquisition campaign effectiveness and inform future efforts.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize acquisition campaigns based on performance data.
Collaborate with internal analytics team to create actionable insights.
Assist in allocating resources effectively across channels to maximize customer acquisition.
Work closely with product, brand and retention teams to ensure acquisition tactics align.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stays updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Identifies opportunities and risks with products, services and pricing throughout our markets.
Collaborates on shared KPIs with internal sales, door-to-door, and regional marketing teams.
Leverage sales feedback to refine customer acquisition strategies and messaging.
Monitors and reports on the performance of strategic initiatives.
Provide forecasts and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
Prepares regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications
10+ years in a Senior Marketing Leadership role
Experience in telecommunications, mobile, FWA or streaming services preferred
Experience in B2C and B2B environments
Strong communication skills - both written and oral
Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to consistently meet goals, commitments and deadline
You are passionate about finding new and better ways to drive acquisition to continuously innovate and connect with customers
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively
Strong attention to detail
Strong Interpersonal skills
This role can be remote or hybrid with travel to corporate office in Phoenix required
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Keen acumen in budget and P&L management required.
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.
Proven track record on program successes in competitive markets.
Ability to develop an excellent understanding of the Cable One Internet customer.
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
Minimum of ten years related experience in leading marketing and sales. Master's degree preferred.
A combined background of system and corporate experience is ideal.
