Job Summary
The Works Fitness Center is searching for a Youth Program Lead! You would also be eligible for a Free Membership!



Qualifications


Experience Minimum Required: One year experience in planning, organizing and facilitating events and programs of all sizes and ages. o One-year childcare experience


Experience Preferred/Desired: One-year Early Childhood education


Education Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent


Education Preferred: Desired Courses in childhood education or recreation Training Preferred/Desired o Conflict Resolution Training


Special Skills Minimum Required Must have exemplary interpersonal, organizational and time management skills


Licensure and/or Certifications Required: CPR Certification within 3 months of hire Licensure and/or Certifications Preferred/Desired o First Aid Trained
