Qualifications



What You'll Do:



  • Utilize clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • Follow protocols and policies to ensure safety and quality in emergency and routine situations.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate essential patient data clearly.

  • Develop and integrate teaching plans into patient care, enhancing overall wellness.




Systems Thinking:



  • Efficiently manage resources and document patient care accurately.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient outcomes.




Clinical Inquiry:



  • Commit to ongoing learning and skill enhancement, sharing your knowledge with peers.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to unit-based performance evaluations.




Unit-Specific Responsibilities:



  • Complete unit-specific competencies and actively engage in quality initiatives that align with nursing-sensitive indicators.






Qualifications - External




Experience Minimum Required
Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.



Education Minimum Required
RN program completion



• Education Preferred/Desired
BSN or enrollment in BSN program



Licensure and/or Certifications Required

• Registered Nursing License
• AHA or ARC BLS
