Our practice is housed in Cooley Dickinson's multispecialty medical facility located at 15 Atwood Drive, Suite 201 in Northampton, MA. As a Family Medicine office, Oxbow offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. With providers who have pursued specialties in addition to board certifications in Family Medicine, the practice has additional expertise in prenatal care, obstetrics and birth, pediatrics, and LGBTQ care.

Job Summary
We're offering a generous sign-on bonus $750.00 to welcome you to our team. Recognizing and valuing exceptional talent, we're eager to discuss the exciting details of this bonus during our interview process.


We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Clinic/Practice Assistant to support the Oxbow practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so schedules are staggered accordingly. The Clinic/Practice Assistant serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side.



Qualifications


Our philosophy is that if a new hire has strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care, everything else can be taught so we are happy to teach and train!


Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting

Additional Job Details (if applicable)


Preferred:

• Familiarity with insurance payers


• Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology


• Bilingual Spanish/English
