Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our Security & Parking Department as an ID Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for individuals needing assistance, and you'll be responsible for creating and managing ID badges for all authorized personnel. You'll be part of a supportive team that helps ensure the smooth operation of the hospital's security systems while delivering excellent customer service. What You'll Do: Create and distribute ID badges for hospital employees, contractors, and other authorized individuals. Ensure that everyone receiving an ID badge has proper authorization. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, related to ID badges and authorization letters. Conduct annual audits of ID badge records, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Collect and process payments for lost ID badges, ensuring timely deposits. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment related to ID badge manufacturing and record-keeping. Manage the alarm and card reader access system, ensuring authorized personnel can access restricted areas. Submit daily activity reports and offer suggestions to improve processes. Perform general office duties, including answering phones, filing, and other tasks as needed. Why Work With Us? Qualifications


What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong communication skills to interact with employees, patients, and visitors in a helpful and friendly manner. Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn our systems quickly. Detail-oriented mindset to manage records and conduct audits accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of organization. Typing speed of 40-50 words per minute is preferred. Prior office experience (2-3 years) and college or business school training are highly desired.
