Hadley Family Medicine Hadley Family Medicine began with family - brothers Peter and Robert Weitzman (both physicians) along with medical school classmate Allan Baustin, MD, founded the practice nearly 30 years ago. While the practice now has access to the resources of the larger Medical Group, the family environment is felt just as strongly today.
Located at 234 Russell Street, Suite 7, in Hadley, MA, our Family Medicine practice offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, newborn through adult. We are certified as a Level 2 patient-centered medical home.

The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality, low cost, innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brigham's unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.


We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour LPN to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday from 8:00am- 4:30pm or 9:00am- 5:30pm.
We are flexible on the shift options! This LPN will be supporting traditional clinical duties such as phone triage, office visits, patient education, injections, and in basket management.



Qualifications


Required:


  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required

  • Current Massachusetts licensure as an LPN required

  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required

  • LPN experience preferred, specifically within a community ambulatory practice setting
