Job Description:
Volt is immediately hiring for an Accountant in Moline, IL
As an Accountant , you will:
- Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process.
- Validate part lists are complete, current prices match and ensure documentation is included and supports requested changes.
- Identify outliers and be able to investigate and escalate issues to resolution.
- Forecasting: Manage specific council's Material Place Holders
- Conduct monthly 1on1 reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure a robust forecast for raw materials, and assist in month-end activities related to updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS)
- Publish reports, understand the reports you publish and be able to answer questions
Skills:
- Demonstrated strong experience with Excel - specifically functions like VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
- Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good Organizational Skills
- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Education
- A degree is required for this position (Technical Degree, Associates Degree, or 4-Year Degree will all be accepted)

Pay rate: $23/hr. to $27/hr.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
