Volt is immediately hiring Assembly Workers and Production Workers in the Cynthiana, KY area. Our Assembly and Production Workers enjoy working a shift of their choosing in a clean, safe, team-driven warehouse / production environment.

As an Assembly Worker you will:
- Unload trucks, receive and locate inventory in warehouse
- Pick product from inventory, complete customer orders, stage product for loading
- Inspect orders/product and load trucks for shipment
- Scan/label inventory using RF scanner, build pallets for shipping
- Pick/Pack/Sort inventory in warehouse
- Exceed production and safety standards
- Maintain/Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks
- Perform general labor as needed, moving product throughout warehouse
- Prep product on production line
- Inspect all product
- Package, assemble and prepare for shipment
- Wrap final product in preparation for delivery
- Meet/Exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the production process
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Must be at least 18 years of age in order to work in warehouse and/or production environment
- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
- Ability to stand, squat, twist, lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shift
- Willing to work 10 to 12 hour shifts
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
