A day in the life
As a Presentation Designer, you will serve as the enterprise expert in developing visually compelling and highly effective presentations, reports, brochures, and other key materials for Prologis. Collaborating closely with creative and leadership teams, you will produce high-quality, engaging content, including ESG reports, proxy reports, customer pitch decks, interactive brochures, and a variety of sales enablement tools. In this role, you will design impactful presentations and messaging for live events, as well as print and digital collateral, ensuring each deliverable communicates with clarity and purpose. Your design expertise will play a pivotal role in supporting internal and external communication initiatives, enabling Prologis to deliver persuasive, audience-focused content.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with leadership and brand teams to create professional, high-impact presentations that align with Prologis' global business objectives.
- Serve as the go-to expert in designing and delivering enterprise-wide presentations in PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on technical expertise in master slides, template creation, and maintaining brand consistency. Interactive knowledge in PowerPoint is a plus.
- Create interactive brochures and digital content with a strong understanding of messaging and visual storytelling.
- Translate complex business ideas into clear, compelling visuals for live presentations, print leave-behinds, and digital formats.
- Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Innovate and experiment with new techniques to elevate the design of presentations and reports, ensuring high engagement and impactful communication.
- Support team members by providing presentation design expertise and ensuring deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity and effectiveness.
- Stay informed on best practices in presentation design and messaging, continuously improving the quality of work delivered.
Building blocks for success
Required:
- 5-7 years' experience in presentation design or a similar role in an agency setting or in-house creative team.
- Mastery of PowerPoint and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- World-class portfolio showcasing successful presentation and report designs for business communications, especially in PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in creating interactive and digital content, including customer pitch decks, ESG reports, and proxy reports.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging and easy-to-understand content.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership to develop high-level presentations.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Deep experience with data visualization and infographics for presentations.
- Familiarity with web design and layout, including experience creating reports and presentations for online use.
Preferred:
- 5-7 years in a corporate or agency role as a presentation designer or equivalent experience.
- BFA or BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Familiarity with or experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry or related sectors.
Hiring Salary Range of: $94,000 - $130,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
