This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Comcast's Xfinity Growth Innovation and Experience (XGIE) organization is bringing the future to customer homes with powerful, yet simple connected experiences. Multifamily homes (also known as multi-dwelling units, or MDUs) represent both an exciting space for innovation and significant portion of Comcast's business. Comprising a significant portion of Comcast's broadband base, multifamily homes are a critical piece of growth.
The Multifamily Product Strategy Team is responsible for planning and strategy for multifamily products, such as WiFi Ready and Managed WiFi, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Role Description

As a Product Management Co-op for the Multifamily Product Strategy Team, you'll be a key part of our team, working on innovative connectivity products designed to enhance the experience for multifamily property owners, managers, and residents. This internship will give you the chance to contribute to projects that make a real impact, all while learning from experienced professionals in the field.
This role will help support the ongoing development of one of our growth products, Managed WiFi. Managed WiFi is an emerging market that provides an enterprise-grade connectivity experience for residents in large apartment buildings, student dormitories, senior living facilities, among others.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support Product Managers: Identify and develop feature and product roadmap items for one of the multifamily product portfolio's products.
Contribute to Product Strategy Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of cutting-edge connectivity products that meet the needs of multifamily property stakeholders. You'll gain insights into how product strategies are developed and executed.
Work at the Intersection of Strategy, Product, Finance, and Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technical operations, and product management, to support seamless execution of projects. This role will give you a comprehensive understanding of how different functions come together to launch successful products.
Translate Customer Needs into Real-World Products: Analyze customer needs and help turn those insights into impactful products. You'll play a role in ensuring that our products resonate with our customers and deliver meaningful value.
Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)
