The Comcast internship/co-op program will help you cultivate meaningful relationships, develop strong interpersonal and business skills, gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a Fortune 40 media and technology company, and receive mentorship opportunities to expand your professional network.
This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast's top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.

Role Description
Want to help make a difference in our community? Work with nonprofit partners working to advance digital equity and economic mobility? Whether it's researching potential partners, benchmarking best practices in grantmaking, or developing materials for Comcast field teams, your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be invaluable to driving meaningful change.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In this role, you will work closely with the various teams throughout the Impact & Inclusion department on initiatives connected to our nonprofit partners. This could include working to develop materials or supporting the creation of a new process for our Comcast colleagues in the field; working with our employee engagement team on volunteer opportunities with our partners; thinking through new processes regarding grant giving and grant management; sorting through and reconciling data; and more.
Where can this student make an impact?
Working with Impact & Inclusion's Strategic Partnerships & Philanthropy team, you'll make an impact by supporting key business processes including management of the Comcast NBCUniversal Foundation, cultivation and development of national and local partnerships with nonprofit organizations, and strategic grantmakingto drive digital equity. Having someone with project management skills who can handle several tasks/guidance from multiple sources will be the most successful and make the most impact.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support team projects to drive process improvement.
Manage ongoing projects to ensure timely deliverables and completion.
Facilitate follow-up required for grants and sponsorships, including data tracking and reconciliation.
Assist in the development of grantmaking trainings for Community Impact team members.
Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support the grantmaking strategy.
Collaborate with the employee engagement team to ensure local and national partnerships are leveraged for employee engagement.
Collaborate with the communications team to update internal and external stakeholders regarding Strategic Partnerships' programs and initiatives.
Represent Impact & Inclusion at events, meetings, and other activities as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Proficiency using all programs within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Experience conducting research

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting March 31, 2025 through September 19, 2025.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
