Job Description:

The Reporting Technology Lead will research reporting technology offerings including application integration tools, reporting portals, mobile apps and artificial intelligence enhancements and visualizations for report delivery. This position will collaborate with IT and the business functions to deliver a superior user -experience within reporting applications. The position will also work with IT development teams to design and deliver reports in addition to how those reports are incorporated into applications for maximum user-experience.

What will you do?


  • Research and implement reporting technologies to be used for report deployment. Serve as the technical subject matter expert in programming languages and technical requirements of reporting technologies. Research integration and user-experience across multiple applications and toolsets at Mosaic.


  • Design a subset of in-scope reports using PowerBI, SAP Fiori, SAC-Planning. Work with IT Scrum Teams and Development Teams to deliver reports.


  • Conduct user-experience feedback assessments, demonstrations and related training.


  • Connect to and provide data sources for use in PowerBI to create report layouts that support and convey critical KPIs and important business insights. Other job duties and projects as assigned.


What do you need for this role?


  • Bachelor's in computer science or related field. Master's degree preferred.


  • 7+ years of reporting, data or finance experience


  • Significant experience with dataset design and connecting data structures


  • Strong background in reporting technologies and related user-experience


  • Strong background in identifying data requirements


  • Proven track record in data management and data analytics


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical audiences


  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization


  • Ability to learn new technologies to improve business process and insight


  • Strong team player who can work across organizations and teams to produce high quality outcomes


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI


  • SAP Fiori


  • SAC-Planning


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)


  • Microsoft Teams
