We are looking for an exceptional Educational Programs Manager to join our growing team of professionals. The Educational Programs Manager reports to Delaware Valley Job Corps Monday-Friday 8a-5p.

Educational Programs Manager Job Summary:
Responsible for the direction, oversight and management of the Academic, Trade, Counseling, Career Preparation and Career Transition departments and related programs and activities. Provides students with credentials leading to full-time jobs, higher education, apprenticeships or advanced training. Provides extended training opportunities for students to supplement their education, training and development.
Educational Programs Manager Responsibilities Include:
• Providing students with educational and career technical training leading to academic and career technical training completions.
• Provides students with a career transition program that prepares students for the workforce.
• Provides students with comprehensive and individualized case management to ensure student progress, achievement and the completion of the Job Corps program.
• Motivates and manages staff to work effectively, creates a supportive work environment, recognizes staff accomplishments and proactively addresses staff performance concerns.
• Provides high-quality supervision and management for the student population. Takes swift and appropriate action and positively influences student behavior.
• Provides quality programs and services for students to ensure student needs are met. Pursues improvement and enhancement of programs and services.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required. Master's degree preferred. A minimum of five years of experience in education, training, residential/group living or related field required; two years of which must be supervisory experience. A valid in-state teaching certificate preferred. Job Corps or related program experience strongly preferred.
