What we need:



The Manager International Tax is a first-level manager that oversees the day-to-day activities of the international tax function, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations. This role focuses on managing international tax compliance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing guidance on operational tax matters.



What you'll do:

• Manages the preparation and review of international tax returns and related filings to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Supervises the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensures adherence to organizational policies.
• Oversees the collection and analysis of financial data for global tax compliance and reporting.
• Coordinates responses to inquiries and audits from tax authorities, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.
• Manages the documentation and reporting of the organization's international tax positions and activities.
• Monitors changes in international tax laws and ensures processes are updated accordingly.
• Partners with internal teams and external advisors to support international tax compliance and operational needs.
• Tracks and reports key metrics and deadlines related to international tax compliance and filings.
• Provides coaching and support to team members, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tax processes.
• Supports process improvements and operational efficiency in international tax workflows.
• Acts as an advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved in resolving problems.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies.
• Reviews relevant factors to analyze situations and resolve issues.
• Performs other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1-3 years of management experience.
