What we need:
The Sr International Tax Specialist is a high-performing contributor who leads advanced analyses and supports the organization's global tax compliance and strategy initiatives. This role ensures adherence to international tax regulations, identifies opportunities for optimization, and provides technical expertise on complex tax matters.
What you'll do:
Prepares and reviews complex international tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Leads the development of transfer pricing documentation and ensures adherence to global transfer pricing policies.
Analyzes financial transactions and business activities to assess international tax implications and identify potential savings opportunities.
Monitors changes in international tax regulations and provides recommendations to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
Partners with internal teams and external advisors to manage international tax compliance and audits effectively.
Assists in the implementation of global tax strategies, including planning for cross-border transactions and restructuring initiatives.
Prepares detailed analyses and memos to support international tax positions and documentation.
Manages timelines and deliverables for international tax projects, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement technology solutions for tax compliance and reporting. Performs high-quality analysis reliably and consistently.
Finds ways to assess and apply innovative ideas to enhance business results.
Successfully leads after-action reviews to identify, document, and share lessons learned.
Collaborates cross-functionally to evaluate technical, system, and process improvements.
Performs other duties as needed.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
