Weatherford is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Functional Leader to lead the implementation of Oracle CX solutions, including Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and Oracle CPQ, as part of our digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle CX solutions and extensive experience in the Oil & Gas Field Services or Energy sector, coupled with strong IT Business Partnering and IT Delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams through all phases of the Oracle CX implementation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Foster collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to achieve aligned objectives.
Make timely decisions to resolve challenges, manage risks, and deliver solutions that support business goals.
Business Process Expertise:
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of end-to-end business process workstreams and their integration with Oracle CX solutions.
Possess detailed knowledge of existing business processes, systems, and end-user requirements to shape the future capability design.
Oracle CX Implementation:
Actively participate in design workshops, providing input on Oracle Cloud Functional Configuration and Design.
Manage resources, risks, and issues while driving overall change management for the implementation.
Execute test scripts, review configuration deliverables, and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality outcomes.
Develop and execute the cut-over plan, ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform.
Post-Go-Live Support:
Serve as the primary functional contact for post-go-live support, addressing operational issues and championing continuous improvement efforts.
Monitor solution performance and work with stakeholders to optimize Oracle CX capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in IT delivery and business process optimization, with a focus on Oracle CX solutions (Sales Cloud, Salesforce CRM, CPQ).
Proven expertise in the Oil & Gas Field Services or Energy sector.
Strong IT Business Partnering experience, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Functional Configuration and system design.
