Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our client in Doraville, GA . This position plays a vital role in delivering outstanding service to customers while supporting the company's day-to-day operations. Daily Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage inbound calls, emails, and chats, providing support and scheduling appointments.


• Make high-volume outbound calls to follow up with customers, including scheduling seasonal specials and maintenance visits.


• Create and maintain accurate customer service agreements.


• Schedule consultations, service calls, maintenance visits, and other customer appointments efficiently.


• Assist with administrative tasks, including dispatching, scheduling routine tune-ups, supporting inside sales, and processing payments.


• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.


• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 5-8 years in customer service.


• Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills, proficiency with computer systems, and strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Attributes: Service-oriented mindset, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.
