Job Description:

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Tax Paralegal to join a boutique law firm in downtown Chicago!



Key Details:

• 
  Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office.


• 
  Work Hours: 35-hour work week.


• 
  Requirements: 3-5 years of property tax and real estate experience , strong organizational and math skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with attorneys to develop appeal strategies for commercial and industrial properties.


• Prepare and file property tax appeal interventions across Cook, Collar Counties, and other areas in Illinois.


• Analyze documentation such as appraisals, income statements, and surveys to support appeals.


• Manage client communications to gather necessary documents for appeals.


• Maintain accurate digital records and ensure confidentiality at all times.


• Provide support on additional litigation and transactional matters as needed.
