Job Description:


This position ensures timely workflow and completion of the work within a specific labor group or process. This position continuously engages with associates in a particular labor group and provides feedback to management daily to achieve customer expectations. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being adhered to within the assigned labor group daily.
  • Ensure all quality and accuracy standards are being maintained within the assigned labor group daily.
  • Ensure timely completion of workload within the assigned labor group based on volume and available resources.
  • Provide timely performance reports to supervisor on associates within assigned labor group.
  • Provide timely feedback to supervisor on overall progress of the work area throughout the day.
  • Notify supervisor of impeding factors to work completion based on volume and available resources.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues within the assigned labor group to ensure timely resolution.
  • Take corrective action within assigned labor group to alter or mitigate events that impact safety, productivity, or quality negatively.
  • Identify and address non-compliant behaviors within assigned labor group to ensure company and customer expectations are being kept.
  • Provide timely and supportive feedback to associates within the assigned labor group in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide daily summaries at the end of shift detailing current work status of assigned area based on key operating criteria within the work area.
  • Assist supervisor in assessing work area and assigned labor group for continuous improvement for work productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely implementation and support of all new policies and procedures introduced within the assigned work area or labor group.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to teach, train, and develop associates within a particular labor group to maintain standards in safety, productivity, as well as quality is critical
  • Must possess proficient communication, computer, and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and decision-making skills desired
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills required
  • Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed by the customer
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
  • Diploma or GED Equivalency
  • Prior RF Unit Experience preferred
