We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our growing plaintiff-side law firm in Brentwood. The ideal candidate will have a passion for litigation and experience working on plaintiff cases. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases and be an integral part of our litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing written discovery, including Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, and Requests for Admissions in plaintiff-side litigation cases
Drafting and serving Notice of Settlements to opposing counsel and clients
Compiling document productions with bates stamping for plaintiff cases
Preparing trial materials, including exhibits, binders, witness lists, and jury instructions, with an emphasis on plaintiff-side litigation matters
Maintaining communication with clients, particularly regarding discovery responses and developments in their plaintiff litigation cases
Assisting with discovery and providing critical support for trial preparation in plaintiff cases
