Job Description:

The successful candidate will fulfil expectations of print shop operations to include printing and mail responsibilities.

Key Activities/Responsibilities: 


  • Operate printing machines in safe and efficient manner

  • Proofread and ensure the final print output meets quality standards.

  • Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards.

  • Help troubleshoot printing equipment.

  • Conduct work in way that does not use excessive resources.

  • Share with supervisor when inventory is low and order supplies if instructed.

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed.

  • Process & Deliver Mail according to established procedure.

  • Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Skills Required:


  • 1-3  years demonstrated print shop experience

  • Proven experience in a print shop.

  • Knowledge of print production processes and equipment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in print production software and tools.

  • Knowledge of how to use Canon copy equipment a plus (Varioprint 115; CVDP140Q, ImagePress C9010VP; Plockmatic BLM35)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

  • Strong customer service skills
