CAS Supervisor Position Overview The CAS Supervisor will oversee the Client Accounting Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services to clients. This role involves managing client relationships, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor the Client Accounting Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage client relationships, addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
Review and approve financial statements, tax returns, and other accounting documents prepared by staff.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the CAS team.
Conduct training sessions for team members on accounting software and practices.
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
At least 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on Client Accounting Services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
This role can be remote in Central Time Zone.
