Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction operations for Data Center projects, specifically focusing on data center and mission critical facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily construction operations and coordinate site activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Oversee subcontractors and trade workers to ensure quality and efficiency
Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and vendors
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices
Experience with data center and mission critical projects
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
