About The Role We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 1-5+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
1-5+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $110K to $170K, commensurate with experience.
