Paid Media StrategistJob Summary: We are seeking a Paid Media Strategist with 2+ years of agency experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves implementing Paid Search strategies for ecommerce clients, as well as developing support initiatives contributing to the goals and success of various projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and Implement eCommerce Omni-channel Strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive eCommerce advertising strategies, focusing on product feeds, Performance Max/Shopping campaigns, and Google Merchant Center for maximizing product visibility and sales.Manage Product Feeds: Create, manage, and optimize product feeds for Google Merchant Center and other shopping platforms, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to platform requirements to drive effective product listing ads.Optimize Performance Max (PMax) Campaigns: Build and manage Performance Max campaigns across Google Ads, leveraging machine learning to optimize ad performance, reach, and conversion for a diverse range of eCommerce products.Oversee Google Merchant Center Management: Handle all aspects of Google Merchant Center, including feed management, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring product listings are compliant with Googles policies and best practices.Analyze and Optimize Google Ads Account Performance: Proactively monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CTR , and conversion rates. Implement optimization strategies based on data insights to drive better performance.Conduct Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in eCommerce advertising, including competitive analysis and emerging technologies, to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Optimize Ad Copy and Landing Pages: Work closely with the creative team to optimize ad copy and landing pages specifically for eCommerce goals, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.Develop Conversion Rate Optimization StrategiesExtract and Interpret Data: Use data from Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and other eCommerce platforms to provide in-depth analysis, identifying trends and insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.Report and Recommend: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and omnichannel approach effectiveness. Provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams to achieve and exceed eCommerce goals.Qualifications:Experience in using tools such as Google Ads, Bing, SEMRush, SpyFu, GA4.Experience in GMC and optimizing Product Feeds.Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.Past experience working with Shopify and Adroll.Ecommerce/Shopify Native experience is a plus +Knowledge and experience with best practices for landing pages and A/B testing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in PPC/SEM.Confidence and proficiency in client-facing interactionsA proactive and positive attitude with a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth is a must.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Asana, or CRM experienceJoin us in shaping impactful campaigns and driving measurable results in the ever-evolving landscape of digital media.
