THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE Position Overview The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing financial processes, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and consolidations. This position is critical for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with all related regulations
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure timely payments and collections
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management
Assist in the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities
Ensure adherence to accounting principles and standards
Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting department
Mentor and train junior accounting staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Experience with payroll processing and related regulations
Proficiency in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Experience with financial statement consolidation
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
