Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for various applications.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electronic components and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic systems.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics engineering and technology.
  • Shape new product requirements, oversee technical specifications, guide designs through prototyping and testing, and drive successful product launches.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronics design and development.
  • Proficiency in using electronic design software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in engineering software like SolidWorks PCB, Fusion 360 PCB, PCB, and PC Worx.
  • Strong grasp of lighting fundamentals and expertise in Electronics Design Engineering, PCB design, LED arrays, and mathematical skills.
  • Competencies in structured text, C, C++, and JavaScript programming.
  • PLC programming to IEC 61131-3 standards.
  • Familiarity with LED technology, power supply, heat sink thermodynamics, optics, and Solid-State Lighting components.
  • Experience with DALI controls.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
