Role Overview

As the Vice President of Engineering, you will play a critical leadership role in driving the strategic direction of the organization's engineering division. Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related field); Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years in the utilities or power industry, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex engineering projects and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of utility design, power systems, and NESC compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, CAD software, and engineering technologies.
