Job Summary:

As a RPA UiPath Architect for Healthcare at BigRIO, you will work with our healthcare clients to architect the RPA UiPath solutions in the Healthcare provider setting.

You will be responsible for designing the solutions architecture and integrations with enterprise systems including Epic EMR/EHR.

Solutions will include improving and automating their revenue cycle management operations. This is a technical role that requires a deep understanding of both RPA tools like UiPath and the technical knowledge to handle data integration, transformation, and workflow automation. Your data engineering skills will be key to developing robust automation solutions that enhance billing, claims processing, payment posting, and collections.

You will collaborate with client teams to assess existing processes, develop tailored automation strategies, and ensure successful implementation. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate client needs, and a solid technical background in data engineering is essential to integrate automation solutions seamlessly across systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Overall RCM Solution Architecture, Process Assessment & Optimization, Integration design with Enterprise systems
  2. Conduct a thorough review of the client's current revenue cycle management (RCM) processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending technical solutions for optimization.

Design automation solutions that not only improve RCM workflows but also ensure robust data management, integration, and reporting.
  1. RPA Implementation Using UiPath:
  2. Develop and deploy automation solutions using UiPath to optimize RCM workflows such as claims validation, coding, payment posting, and reporting.

Utilize your data engineering skills to work with large datasets, ensure data integrity, and integrate RPA solutions with existing enterprise systems (e.g., EMR, PMS, billing platforms).

Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance automated workflows to ensure consistent and accurate performance.
  1. Data Integration & Engineering:
  2. Work with diverse datasets and ensure seamless integration between RPA solutions and client systems.

Use your data engineering expertise to transform and clean data, enabling automation processes to run efficiently across disparate systems.

Design data pipelines and automate data flows to ensure seamless transfer of information across RCM systems.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training:
  2. Collaborate with key client stakeholders, including IT teams, finance, and RCM departments, to define technical requirements and deliver automation solutions.

Provide training and guidance to client teams to help them operate, maintain, and scale automation solutions post-implementation.
  1. Project Management & Reporting:
  2. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and effective delivery of automation projects.

Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on key objectives, risks, and progress.

Measure the impact of RPA solutions and provide post-implementation support to ensure continuous improvement.
  1. Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  2. Monitor the performance of deployed bots and identify opportunities for further optimization or enhancement.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in RPA, data engineering, and healthcare technology to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.

Proactively identify new automation opportunities within the client's revenue cycle processes based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be considered.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with strong knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, claims lifecycle, and payer interactions.

3+ years of hands-on experience mainly with UiPath or other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).

Proven track record of implementing RPA solutions within RCM processes, including automation of claims validation, payment posting, and reporting.

Strong experience in data engineering-including data transformation, integration, and pipeline creation-especially in the context of healthcare or financial data systems.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Robots.

Strong background in data engineering, with experience in handling large datasets, data integration, ETL processes, and database management.

Familiarity with programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, PowerShell) to manage data flows and automate processes.

Experience with cloud platforms, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and integration tools is a plus.

Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analytics platforms is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams remotely.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, especially in handling complex data sets and developing automation solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs, especially in different time zones or with tight deadlines.
