Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience with extensive Operation support experience around various MDM tools & technologies including but not limited to JAMF Pro, Intune, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Mac OS, iOS, iPadOS. Individual should have prior hands-on experience handling large volume of mobile devices, Mobile App management, operations, Continuous improvement & ticket handling.
Technical Skills:
4-6 years of experience in Mobile Device management using JAMF Pro, Intune and Apple Business Manager
Strong experience in handling devices running iOS, iPadOS and Mac OS using both JAMF & Intune
Experience in MDM and ABM Infrastructure administration covering but not limited to APNS, User Certificates, Credentials, VPP token management, VPN, WIFI SSID and firewall related configuration, Reporting
Experience in Native, Web Application Deployments & Maintenance
Experience in application deployments, iOS/MAC OS updates, MDM upgrades, security patches
Experience in ITSM process (Incident, Service request, Change and Problem Management) with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira.
Experience in managing Health Chargers such as Bretford
Experience in proposing and implementing Intelligence and automations within the system / process for proactive issue identification and avoidance, Effort reductions etc.,
Knowledge on Confluence & SharePoint is preferred
Knowledge on Snowflake & Data reporting using Power BI is preferred
Process Skills:
ITSM experience including RCA preparations
Should be able to understand the gap and fix issues in the process
Should be able to interact with & support different stake holder groups such as App development team, MDM Engineering team etc.,
Should be capable of recommending Continuous service improvements within the process
Should be ready to work on 24x7 rotational shift
