Summary:
The Business System Analyst II will serve as the primary systems manager for a designated set of platforms. This individual will be responsible for handling needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies. Individual will receive business needs from internal stakeholders solicit product and enhancement requirements from end users and must be able to convert the requests from both into a workable solution which optimizes business and end user value. This individual will also be responsible for overall system design documentation and assisting in successful rollout of new features and enhancements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a business systems analyst role
Understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
CBAP or PMP
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and modern SaaS solutions
