Join our clients Administrative Applications division as an LMS Software Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex features and enhancements using Articulate Storyline 360. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about solving highly technical challenges and driving impactful solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to identify and implement system enhancement opportunities, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve developer productivity and code quality, and lead the creation of scalable and efficient automated workflows. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system robustness, provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to integrate LMS solutions into existing workflows. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in LMS technology will also be essential to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role. • 5+ years of hands-on LMS development experience. • 4+ years of expertise with Articulate Storyline 360. • Strong understanding of process automation, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management. • Experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture. • Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. • Experience with one or more UI frameworks (e.g., MAUI, WinUI, ReactJS). • Familiarity with diagramming using BPMN 2.0 methodology. • Understanding of adult learning theory and its applications. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
