Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires availability for both in-office and remote work. Key responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers in person to address inquiries, complaints, and issues, including complex Prop 312-related matters.
Providing guidance, assistance, and instructions to resolve customer concerns.
Handling the full scope of customer service tasks within the designated work section.
Exercising discretion in interpreting and applying customer service operations.
Being adaptable and performing special duties as assigned.
