As an RPA Developer, you will play a vital role in developing, supporting, and maintaining automated solutions, primarily robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. The solutions scope will also include Power Automate solutions and Power BI dashboards. You will ensure the smooth operation of solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to business users. This role combines responsibilities of an RPA developer and an operations analyst to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our data-driven solutions.
Major/Key Accountabilities
RPA Development: Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism to automate business processes.
RPA Support: Provide support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions, ensuring they run smoothly and according to schedule while addressing any issues that arise.
Power Apps Support: Monitor the performance and updates of all Power BI dashboards and Power Automate solutions, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to RPA processes and Power Apps solutions, minimizing downtime, and ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and support the implementation of new RPA and Power BI projects.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of RPA workflows, Power BI dashboards' pipelines, and support processes, ensuring knowledge is effectively shared across the team.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to business users, helping them maximize the use of RPA tools and Power BI functionalities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in software automation and business intelligence technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications
Blue Prism Certified Developer certification or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree: Preferred but not required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years required, 4+ preferred

Relevant Experience: Some experience or coursework related to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and business intelligence, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI.
RPA Skills: Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and experience in developing and maintaining automated workflows.
Power BI Skills: Some experience in designing, developing, and monitoring Power BI dashboards preferred, including data modelling and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases, with the ability to write simple queries.
Microsoft Technologies: Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, Azure, and Office 365 applications.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solution`s.
Skills and Knowledge
RPA Proficiency: Desired Intermediate to Expert proficiency in RPA tools and best practices for developing and maintaining automated workflows.

Base pay range: $84,000 - $127,000
