About the Role:
Job Title: SAP Functional Analyst
Project Summary:
As a SAP Functional Analyst, you needs to have Specific understanding of Order to Cash processes in SAP.Understanding of PM methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).Excellent communication skills to interface with stakeholders.
Responsibility:
Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the SAP S/4 system. Assess their necessity, feasibility, and impact on data qualityConducts interviews to document detailed business requirements. Manages requirements definition, verification, and change control within the scope of the project.Identifies the value drivers associated with the project.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business goals and translate them into functional specifications.
Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the SAP S/4 system.
Proactively partners with production support to transfer solution knowledge enabling a successful transition of support ownership.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the system aligns with business processes and requirements.
Participate in SAP S/4 implementation projects, including system design, testing, and go-live support.
Required Qualification:
5 to 7 years of SAP experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role.
Understanding of manufacturing and distribution business models and operations
Understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash process and/or logistics
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple assignments.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
